Returns or refunds are not accepted simply because a customer changes their mind, dislikes the product, or wants a different product when the item supplied is correct and in proper condition, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending any product back, customers must contact us and provide their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where appropriate.

We will review the request and provide the return instructions and return address directly to the customer. Please do not send any product back before receiving our instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For an approved return involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the courier cost of sending the product back to the return address we provide.

If S.A Voltix confirms that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will not charge the customer for delivering an approved replacement product. Any collection or delivery arrangement separately agreed with the customer will be confirmed during the return process.

4. Refunds

After the returned product has been received and the reported issue has been checked, S.A Voltix will confirm whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will cover the amount paid for the eligible product and will be sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet. We will contact the customer to arrange the payment details.

Original delivery charges are not automatically included in a refund unless confirmed by S.A Voltix or required by applicable law.

5. Replacements

Where a replacement is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product, S.A Voltix will arrange delivery of the replacement without charging the customer an additional replacement-delivery fee.
