If a product arrives defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, contact S.A Voltix within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Contact us before sending any item back. If a return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and address directly.

For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products, the customer is responsible for the courier cost of sending the item back, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Once the returned item is received and the issue is verified, the eligible product amount will be refunded through an agreed bank transfer or mobile wallet method. If a replacement is approved, S.A Voltix will cover the delivery fee for sending the replacement.

We generally do not accept returns or refunds solely because a customer changes their mind or dislikes a correctly supplied product. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
